Beyoncé dances and sings 'Survivor' to little girl with brain cancer.

Beyonce grants terminally ill young fan dying wish at concert.
Beyoncé went beyond saying that she cares about her fans' wishes — and actually made one come true. The superstar danced with Taylon, a terminally ill girl, at her Mrs. Carter Show earlier this month in Las Vegas.

Young Taylon had been fighting brain cancer and thought the worst was behind her. But, 12 year old Taylon got some bad news recently, when they found another brain tumor that is cancerous and the doctors gave her a short amount of time to live. After
Doctors found the inoperable tumor on her brain, her dying wish was to dance with Beyoncé.

Taylon has been placed in hospice, but when she expressed that she had one last wish and that wish was to meet and see Beyoncé perform, she was able to, thanks to the Make-a-Wish foundation and many caring volunteers. And it was very touching.

The performance, coordinated by the Make-a-Wish Foundation, was to have young Taylon attend Beyoncé’s show -- with the Grammy winner singing and dancing with her.

Just days after learning she would attend the concert, Taylon was face to face with her musical hero, who crouched down to embrace the little girl in her wheelchair.

While dancing with Taylon, Beyoncé launched into "Survivor," a song about not giving up.

The chorus — "I'm a survivor, I'm gonna make it, I will survive, Keep on surviving!" — took on a new meaning when sung specifically for Taylon, who shed tears of joy. With Beyonce arriving right by Taylon's seat, the pair sang Destiny's Child's "Survivor" together as well as "Love on Top." There was not a dry eye in the house.

"Here's a little girl literally fighting for her life," a spokesman said. "'Tomorrow's not promised, next week's not promised, but right now I'm here,' and her thought that will forever stay with me is 'since I'm here I might as well live.'"

It is heartwarming to see celebrities reach out not for monetary gain but to make a terminally ill child’s wish come true.

Thank you Beyoncé.

Taylon's last wish is granted.
