How your hobby can help bereaved families

Cuddles, a volunteer non-profit organization in the UK helps families deal with the loss of their babies through miscarriage or stillbirth.  They supply knitted and crocheted blankets, gowns and wraps in pale pastel colors to hospitals.

On their website they offer patterns in correct sizes that will fit the tiny infants.  They have monthly drives with a specific color but all colors are appreciated at any time.  From 2010 until 2013 they have received and donated 27,280 handmade items.
